Approach
SWD develops the punching, stacking, and bonding concept for the efficient large-scale production of bonded single teeth for the different sizes. The modular tooling concept allows for stair-dynamic ramp-up.
Success
The precise, firm, bonded single teeth allow the customer to process lamination stacks as bulk goods in an automated production line. This makes it possible to significantly increase production volumes and achieve target costs.
