At SWD, we place huge emphasis on digitalization so that quality features are available seamlessly and no matter where you are. In order to achieve this, we systematically and digitally record all process and measurement data in a huge data pool, ensuring errors are detected immediately.

With intelligent solutions, we ensure that there are no deviations in the lamination stack and that we adhere to the tight tolerances. With some technologies, we already achieve a 0 ppm error rate!

Material analysis
At SWD, we continuously develop electro sheet materials together with the manufacturers. Benefit from improved magnetics, thinner layers, better electrical insulation, smaller thermal insulation or double coatings, and easier workability.
Measurement devices and measurement data
All electrical sheet measurements are digital and flow into a separate data pool. We can draw evaluations from this and present them in a matter of seconds. We supply you with validated electrical sheets.
Traceability and digital twins
We at SWD began systematically and digitally recording process and measurement data many years ago. Today, you can benefit from a large database of production data for lamination stacks.
