These components are also being manufactured for the first time globally <strong>using GO material with backlack<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1369\">To enable this breakthrough, we have worked closely with <strong>thyssenkrupp<\/strong> over the past years to continuously refine the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/materials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GO material<\/a><\/strong>. thyssenkrupp has significantly improved the production process to enhance the adhesion of the Fosterite layer and the backlack to the base material. The result is <strong>increased mechanical strength<\/strong> that sets new standards in <strong>GO material for electric motors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1670\">At the same time, we have continuously optimized the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/bonding-varnish-backlack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">backlack<\/a> formulations through our proven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/industrialization\/technologies-for-segmentation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>BPS\u00ae process<\/strong><\/a>. Today, we achieve the ideal balance between processing time and component strength \u2013 not just at room temperature, but also at the high temperatures encountered in real-world motor operation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"2021\">Thanks to the intensive collaboration with <strong>thyssenkrupp<\/strong>, we can now move into industrialization safely and efficiently. Production is accompanied by regular sample measurements, which are digitally recorded and correlated with production data.
