After four years of development and a subsequent construction time of one year, our first large-scale series EPS\u00ae system has gone into operation. The EPS\u00ae system is based on our tried-and-tested BPS\u00ae technology<\/a> of \u201chigh-speed\u201d bonding<\/a> and enables rapid production of stators and rotors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

The system can produce > 600,000 bonded rotor stacks per year and achieves a cycle time of < 35s per bonded stack. This makes complete synchronization of punching and bonded stacking<\/a> a reality.<\/p>\n

The system is modular and made up of 3 individual modules. This enables flexible adjustment to the required quantities and ramp-up. Tried-and-tested digitalization solutions such as bonding recipes, digital twins, data archiving on SWD servers, data analysis for process improvements, etc. were also implemented.<\/p>\n<\/div>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
