A connecting coupling should also be integrated in the stator segment for assembly. The simulations promise outstanding performance values.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"thumb\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Success_Storie_Bild-11-1.png\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Success_Storie_Bild-11-1.png 480w, https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Success_Storie_Bild-11-1-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Success_Storie_Bild-11-1-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/div>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div\n\tclass=\"container simple-text-section-wrapper\" >\n\t\n\t<div class=\"simple-text-section-wrapper__inner float-left\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"content\"><h2>Approach<\/h2>\n<p>We discussed the feasibility and production technologies in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/industrialization\/workshop-and-solution-finding\/\">workshops<\/a>. SWD then developed an overall concept: from the prototype phase to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/industrialization\/\">fully automated large-scale series<\/a> and production at the customer\u2019s premises. The prototype phase also safeguards the integrated coupling and its press-in and tensile forces. This means that the assembly process can also be greatly optimized. In addition, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/materials\/\">material<\/a> is even changed from NO to GO material. The punching tools are completely new developments that make it possible to punch different sheet sizes. The processability of the new material and the function of the coupling were thoroughly validated. We are currently in the ramp-up phase on the basis of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/stator-segmentation\/\">segmentation technologies<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/bonding-varnish-backlack\/\">bonding varnish (Backlack)<\/a>.
