Technology and feasibility limits are my challenge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Developing and industrializing new technological solutions with our customers and suppliers is highly inspiring for me. We challenge our industry by revolutionizing the manufacturing of electrical lamination stacks through new materials, new processes, new tools, and new machine concepts, enabling new motor and manufacturing concepts.<\/p>\n

This applies both to the applications of our customers and to our manufacturing technologies. It also involves navigating within dynamic market environments in traditional markets, as well as searching for and understanding new applications in new markets, taking into account the strategic direction of the company and intellectual property\/patents.<\/p>\n
