With the SWD winding machine, we have optimized and built this production process for the series production of wound stators and rotors. Thanks to the wide-area connection, the axial flux bonding varnish (Backlack) stack can be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/complementary-technologies\/mechanical-processing\/\">machined<\/a> like a milled part (holes, threads, etc.). Installation can be carried out without requiring any additional components.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"video-accordion-section-wrapper accordion-wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"accordion-wrapper__inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion-title\">Wind material directly onto hub<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion-content full-width\" >\n\t\t\t<div class=\"video-block-description\"><p>The material can be wound directly onto a hub, which subsequently remains an integral part of the stator or rotor.
