We are working with various manufacturers on further developments to improve lamination stacks and the creation of prototypes for test segments?<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion-content full-width\" >\n\t\t\t<div class=\"video-block-description\"><p data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"329\">In order to determine precisely the mechanical strength of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/bonding-varnish-backlack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bonded\u00a0<\/a>segments, we have specially adapted the <strong data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"326\">three-point bending test<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"535\">In this test, the segment is supported at both ends and loaded in the middle until it breaks. The <strong>bending moment<\/strong> is then calculated from the <strong>measured breaking force<\/strong> and the <strong>distance of the breaking from the end<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"716\">Using this method, we achieve <strong data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"605\">breaking strengths of over one ton<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"646\">bending moments exceeding 100 Nm<\/strong> for individual teeth \u2013 impressive values for such compact components.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"video-accordion-section-wrapper accordion-wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"accordion-wrapper__inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion-title\">Can I use different material suppliers?<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion-content full-width\" >\n\t\t\t<div class=\"video-block-description\"><p data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"320\"><strong data-start=\"202\" data-end=\"320\">Yes \u2013 when using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/bonding-varnish-backlack\/\">bonding varnish<\/a> (backlack) technology, materials from different suppliers can generally be processed without issue.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"525\">In some cases, <strong data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"359\">machine parameters<\/strong> such as <strong data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"386\">pressing force<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"412\">temperature profiles<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"431\">heating ramps<\/strong>, or <strong data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"453\">holding times<\/strong> may need to be adjusted to match the specific material characteristics.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"750\">This is, however, <strong data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"566\">easily manageable<\/strong>: we have <strong data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"600\">extensive experience<\/strong> with a wide range of <strong>bonding varnish-coated materials<\/strong> from various manufacturers, many of which have <strong data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"749\">proven their reliability in series production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"video-accordion-section-wrapper accordion-wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"accordion-wrapper__inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion-title\">How can the lamination factor be increased in a targeted way?<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"accordion-content full-width\" >\n\t\t\t<div class=\"video-block-description\"><p data-start=\"221\" data-end=\"393\">The <strong data-start=\"225\" data-end=\"246\">stacking factor,<\/strong> also known as the <strong data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"287\">iron fill factor,<\/strong>\u00a0is primarily influenced by the <strong data-start=\"321\" data-end=\"340\">sheet thickness<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"370\">coating thickness<\/strong> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swd-technology.com\/en\/technologies\/bonding-varnish-backlack\/\">bonding varnish<\/a> (Backlack) layer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"625\">Other critical factors include<strong data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"448\"> stack height tolerance<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"482\">available installation space<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"513\">lamination method<\/strong>. All of these directly affect the <strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"605\">magnetically active material<\/strong> in the final motor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"914\">Thanks to our extensive experience, we can <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"717\">systematically optimize these parameters<\/strong>.
